“Fantastic”

A fantastic hotel. High-quality, well-appointed, and spacious rooms. With a balcony overlooking the sea. The spa area is also magnificent. Indoor and outdoor pools. Plenty of sun loungers everywhere. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. A delicious breakfast, which you can enjoy on the outdoor terrace in the morning sunshine.

“A hotel that has the potential to be perfect — BUT”

The rooms are spacious, and the sea view and sunsets are beautiful. The saunas are good, with the note that you need to announce your arrival so they can turn them on; they run for about an hour or hour and half after which you have to ask the staff again to switch them back on. The hotel is very nice and spotlessly clean, and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is quite good, but a fish selection is missing (salmon, fish pâté, etc.), especially considering the seaside location. There is always parking available. As for the pool, it is large and looks beautiful, and the pool terrace has an unreal view—you can literally spend the whole day enjoying it. Praise also goes to the massages—the trigger point massage was excellent, and the price is reasonable

Our third stay at Hotel and once again proved it truly lives up to its name—“In Excelsis”. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with perfectly maintained indoor and outdoor pools.. Breathtaking view. The staff and owners are exceptionally kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel is nice, everything is really clean and well maintained. The staff who is mostly not Croatian was amazing, very polite and kind. Breakfast was great (maybe missed some more vegan options, like vegan milk), with really good coffee. It is really nice that you can take your coffee or team to the pool deck during breakfast. Pool area is nice, saunas big and clean. The view and sunset from the pool deck are really nice.

Well for zrcze it was best hotel but its quite expensive

Excellent and super friendly staff Magnificent breakfast. Superb location with sea view Superior quality indoor and outdoor pools . The room was very clean and the housekeeping service was excellent. I would like to make one more note: the staff made the holiday truly pleasant, with their services and their friendliness.

• The mattress was too soft, which led to back pain. • The staff were undertrained: the waiters took orders incorrectly, and frequent mistakes occurred. • The massage room was available for booking only twice a day. • There was an odor coming from the air conditioner.

“The sunset view from the window was the best we’ve ever seen”

The location is very good, maybe the best in Novalja. It’s at the end of the town, with the perfect view from the window. Safe parking. Amazing outdoor pool with the sea view. The massage was at the highest level. Highly recommend.

The staff is very polite, food from restaurant also very good. It is very peacefull, quite and a great view from pool.

Staff is fantastic! Everything we asked for was provided. The hotel is super clean and maintained absolutely perfectly. The swimming pool is by far the best you can find on the island. Sper nice and clean. Breakfast is good and diverse. Outstanding value for money overall.

“Great place to stay while in Pag island”

It’s a great place to stay while visiting pag island. We had just one night booked but decided to extended as we were very happy with the facilities. The rooms was very clean, we had everything we needed and we could also watch sunset from the balcony which was extra bonus. The staff was kind, welcoming and happy which made us feel great around them. The breakfast had a lot of options and we enjoyed swimming pool and sauna again with beautiful view.

We liked the location of the hotel with the stunning views on the seaside. The staff was kind and pleasant. The food was also great.

It was absolutely perfect. We had a great stay at the hotel, it's very clean everywhere, the room was beautiful and so was the bathroom. It was quiet so we sleep very well since the bed was really comfortable. The waiter and waitress at the restaurant were very lovely and the food is really good. The spa and the pool are also amazing. My husband also had a massage which was incredible !
