First of all, the host is one of a kind, welcoming and helpful.The apartment is really modern and well equipped, super clean, it's spacious and it's got a terrace. The interior has been artistically arranged and decorated, it's very comfortable with the kitchenette, dining space, bedroom, living room, bathroom - all beautifully lit.

When we arrived, they showed us a map with all the details of the area (including recommendations for places to eat, entertainment, and beaches). The apartment was furnished with meticulous attention to detail, and the staff was available for any request. When we checked out, the staff even helped us find a taxi and were available for us. I recommend this property for its attention to detail and kindness.

I have nothing bad to say about Renato and his apartment. Everything was so nicely presented. The service provided made me and my friends feel so welcomed. The apartments were clean and very modern the beds were comfortable and there was AC. There was a cleaning service offered and everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect right next to shops and the beach. Me and my friends came for a festival and our time was made so much better with this apartment. Will definitely be staying here again.

Apartment was well equipped for a longer stay. The place is easily accessible, a 5 min walk from Novalja city centre. Renato is a great host.
