The place is very spacious and modern. The owners are really nice they gave us some recommendations for good beaches around and were generally very available. We could even use a grill outside. The acommodation has its own parking and is approximately 25 minutes walk from Zrce Beach and 10 min to Novalja city center. The beds were big and the sofa was very comfortable.
