Location was fantastic. Property was clean and very nice. Sea view was better than expected. Shops are all a stones through away. I have no complaints about the property, we very much enjoyed our stay.

The location, centrally situated in the heart of the city, provides excellent accessibility to all key areas. Having on-site parking adds a layer of convenience, allowing you to explore the town easily without needing to use your car.

“Perfect”
The place was clean and prepared. The apartment is new and has all the utility's needed. The location is super. Beach is just across the street and the are plenty of bars, restaurants and grocery stores near by.

Best location in Novalja with a nice view, everything is 1-2 min away (beach, food, shops, bus stop to zrce beach). Very kind host and cleaning service, apartment was super clean. It was spacious and comfortable (especially comfy beds). Lots of storage room, nice glas balcony, 2 safe boxes and a good kitchen. Can absolutely recommend!

“Nice apartment”
Great location, close to the beach, very cozy. The heart of the town is in 2-3 minutes as the apartment is on the main street, close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed it with young teenagers ;)

“Fabulous sea view apartment providing everything you need for a wonderful holiday!”
The property is perfectly located near the beaches, shops, restaurants and offers a beautiful sea view. The apartment is very well appointed and the attentive owners/staff provide you with all you need ie. Dishwasher tablets, salt, fresh towels which are changed regularly. The wonderful cleaning lady helps keep the apartment clean during the stay and even takes away the rubbish! The beds are extremely comfortable. We loved the terrace with great seats and a table provided. We had a perfect stay at this fantastic spot!

Owner was very friendly and everything was just like on the pictures. Location was excellent, as there is everything you will need in a walking distance. You can park your car just behind the building. Apartment was well prepared and clean. The balcony view is fantastic. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.
