“Beautiful hotel with serious potential ruined by questionable management decisions. I won't be back.”
Pros - beautiful location next to Marina di Nova Siri, a charming small town just inland from the sea. Nice views of the Mediterranean from the hotel grounds. Easy access to nearby seaside towns via the E90 such as Policoro. Staff are friendly and polite and there is a boutique in the hotel should you need things like toothpaste and other toiletries. The region is not massively developed towards foreign tourists, so this might be a big help to you if you don't speak Italian and don't want to venture far. It also sells things like goggles, souvenirs and toys for young children. The hotel grounds themselves are beautiful and the buildings are of very good quality. Good TV and comfortable double bed.

The room was big and clean, the staff really made our stay fun and nice: our kids really had fun. The swimming pool is nice and clean. The resort is well presented and organised.

“Enjoyable and loud”
Nice hotel. Large, well equipped and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Family orientated. Entertainment team working hard. Lots of activities. Nice view. All Italian focussed, little English spoken. Sufficient, but every day same, breakfast (we didn’t have lunch or diner at hotel). Private beach and bar is nice too. Nicely located to explore surroundings (car is needed). Swim cap required.

“Not ideal for foreigners, great area”
The rooms are great and really big, beds super comfortable, staff are friendly but speak little English. The private beach is great, although the water in that area isn't the best. Pool is also great but having siesta from 13 to 15 pm which is a bit ridiculous. So again, better for Italian people who follow this strict time routine. The area around is great for walks through fields and vineyards, so the view is great and it's very peaceful and idyllic.

The joy one get's form leaving the "resort" and going back home is comparable to discovering a vaccine for COVID19.
