“My wife and i had an enjoyable stay at the Moana Beach apartment.”

The kitchen was the best equipped that we have ever had. The A/C in the bedroom made it possible to have a good sleep. The apartment is located close to many restaurants, a very good cafe/bakery, a butcher shop and some take out places. The owner was very accommodating. We had a flight cancelled and we arrived a day later and stay on for an extra day - he accepted these last minute changes. He even drove my wife and I to the restaurant on the evening we arrived.

“Exceptional accommodation near Ansta Vata beach”

The location was excellent situated about 5 min walk to Anste Vata Beach. Lots of restaurants along the beach everything is close. The accommodation gave us flexibility to be able to cook meals and the kitchen had everything you needed . The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing as it had a big over the head shower very nice. The windows were sliding doors which all opened up which were great to let fresh air into the house. Carparking available. Olivier was an amazing host that made sure if we needed anything she was only a message away. She also provided us with a handy info book before arriving. Everything was seamless.

The apartment was very light, spacious and modern (it was newly renovated). It was very close to the beach, eateries, shops, and bus stop. It was perfect. Our host Olivier was a Whatsapp call away and messaged us every 2 days to see if we needed anything. It made us feel looked after and that we had a friend in Noumea. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone going to Noumea and will definitely stay there again.

It’s a lovely apartment. There are everything you need. A nice clean kitchen, comfy bed (even the sofa bed!) and very quiet. Super markets, great bakery and bus stop is close by.

The place is fully equipped and very new and convenient to stay in. The bathroom and Kitchen are very clean and modern. Everything is equipped! The fridge is big and wash machine is new. Highly recommend to stay here! The location is very good also as it’s close to the Lemon Bay Area! Many restaurants nearby!
