We only stayed at this hotel for one night, just to sleep after arriving in Nouméa, since we were heading to a resort the next day. The only positive aspect was the location. It is within a short walking distance from the port, which was convenient for catching the transfer to the resort.

the cafeteria was a plus for us ! we were used to come to New Caledonia before several times and we stayed ???? guest where ? at the Hotel Le Paris !!!! but nowhere to eat something !!! Thank You for the cafeteria at least we are not starving any more !!!!

Clean room. WiFi is weak. Walking distance to Auchan supermarket and other restaurant nearby. Hotel has 2 paid parking lot in front.

The location is good for the area and the staff were really lovely and did their absolute best with english while I did my absolute best with French. There was a lot of laughs between interpreting launguage barriers and using the "translator" app on my phone. There is free wifi which is very helpful to have because my international roaming was not available in New Caledonia. Hotel Le Paris has a small cafe/restaurant which is very handy. You can buy breakfast, lunch or dinner there. Coffee, beer, juices etc are all available to buy. It took me about 15 minutes to walk to the cruise ship area where there is a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. You need to be aware that this downtown area resembles a ghost town if there isnt a cruise ship in. Most shops do not open but when a cruise ship is in, then all the shops open and it becomes so much more vibrant. If you want a better stay with all facilities then choose Lemon Bay area not Moselle Bay. (Personal opinion) I have attached a few pictures to show you the difference between Moselle Bay where Hotel Le Paris is and Lemon Bay which looked like a much better area to stay. You will be able to see the difference between the 2 areas after reading this review.

Staff were extremely helpful, the communication was on point, and they provided amazing suggestions on how and where to experience the local food and ways. Easy walk to Ferry Wharf.

The room was very comfortable and I liked the large desk. The air conditioning was also good. The staff was friendly and my stay was very enjoyable on the whole. Merci beaucoup.

Clean Room. Strong shower. Restaurants, supermarket, Atm are nearby. There are 2 paid parking lots in front of the hotel. Walking distance to the harbour and a few other landmarks.

“Central location with excellent customer service.”

The location was very central and close to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. Because I don't speak French, they did the communication for my taxi and other bookings. Soni at the reception spoke good English and helped me to make the most of my stay. When I mentioned to him that I wanted to visit the Ouen Taro lookout, Soni suggested going in the evening to visit the Sunset. While I was wanting for the taxi, I asked Soni if the local dish Bougnia was available in restaurants. He said they are available in the Single Fin and advised the taxi driver to drop me off at the restaurant on the return journey. Thanks to him, I had a great evening enjoying both the sunset and the Bougnia. That is excellent customer service. Mogan was also very helpful. Although she doesn't speak good English, she did her best with the help of Google translator. I am very happy with my time at the Le Paris, and recommend the property for those visiting Noumea.
