The greeting on arrival was excellent. The young lady on reception spoke wonderful English which made the whole precess of check in efficient and seemless. The location is great with a nice little pizza place a few doors down and a short stroll to the waterfront with restauants etc. The breakfast was typically french with a lot of bread and pastries but was quaint and very good quality. Overall was very clean and welcoming.

A good choice if you want to stay in the center of Nouméa for a short period of time. Very helpful and nice.staff. The wifi connection was good.

The room was neat, clean, bright, and modern. Generally the room was quiet, even though it faced the street. The internet was sufficiently fast and consistent. Security was adequate and the staff were polite and super-responsive.

We’re very helpful as we had to contact airline but had no service from our telco. As we had to leave our ship due to cyclone and had to organise flights at a minute’s notice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our stay was not planned, and we didn't know the country or local language. They let us into our room early and were very helpful calling taxi's for us. The staff always smiled and greeted us which made us feel welcome. My son enjoyed visiting Aquarium Des Lagons.

Basic city hotel, however we had the place on the top floor and it looked over Noumea which was amazing. It was a beautiful way to start the holiday with a balcony! The room had a little kitchenette and a divider between the bed area and the bathroom area. The staff were really lovely, and so were the other guests we came across. Hotel was very central.

Very friendly staff, great location for the city centre and proximity to the port for trips to Amadee Lighthouse and Ilot Maitre.

The staff were lovely and really helpful. The location is good for an airport pick up/drop off or if getting a ferry from Port Moselle. The breakfast was very filling!

Friendly staff. Good location for one night after staying on an outer island, basic, clean room with everything we needed. Recommend the pizza place just down the street too - great pizza and friendly helpful staff too.

Hotel Gondwana is a great option if you want to stay in town as opposed to a resort. We were going to resorts later so wanted to be in the heart of things, close to the markets etc and it delivers on that. The room is small but well appointed and it met our expectations considering the price.
