Very well located in Noumea , close to the citron beach. A functional place with friend staff.

“We like Mocambo because it is near to town, and we have familiar with the place. We like it!”
We do not experience in sharing the kitchen together with other visitors. That is why we do not have our meal in the kitchen as you may have expected. However, thank you for putting the small refrigerator in the rooms for us to keep our fruits and drinks to enjoy.

“Don't stay here - bed bugs and rude staff!”
Zero ambiance. Extremely unhelpful and rude staff. Only half cleaned room on arrival - no towels, toilet paper or soaps in room so had to ask staff who gave it to us reluctantly. Shabby room with poorly painted walls, nothing like what is pictured online. "Sea view" is a big stretch. Both my partner and I had terrible sleep and both woke up covered in bed bug bites!! Strong stretch of marijuana and disinfectant in the hallways. We booked this accomodation over NYE, and it was a poor choice. Central location, but that's really the only thing going for it. Very disappointed and won't be recommending this place to anyone.
