“Great stay in Nouadhibou, cool hosts”
Everything was great, the place is very clean, in a good location and the breakfasts are great. The hosts are also incredibly welcoming, the helped us a lot (even though we arrived at inconvenient time). They gave us a blanket for the Iron ore train and even heped us get there! 10/10, would stay again

“Excellent stay”
Excellent guest house. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Good breakfast included. Gibbi was incredibly helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations and even did our laundry for us. Highly recommend this guest house!

“Perfect stay!”
I had such a marvelous time staying at Nouadhibou Guest House. This has been by far my best stay in Mauritania. The place is spacious and incredibly clean. Wifi is very fast and the guys running the place are super welcoming and friendly. You can reach the city center with a five-minute walk and the area is super safe. Plus, breakfast is delicious. I would definitely recommend this stay to everyone.

A hidden gem. Truly the most comfortable place I have ever stayed in Mauritania. The guys running it are incredibly lovely and the breakfast they made us was incredible. After a few days travelling around Mauritania, I can think of nowhere more pleasant to wash the dust off and put my feet up!

Exceptional hospitality from the hosts. Probably the best I’ve ever received. Peter went above and beyond expectations. The breakfast is amazing. I was upgraded and had a spacious apartment with a king size bed. WiFi was decent and hot water 24 hours a day. Quiet location. Fantastic stay.

“Super friendly stay in a cosy guest house”
Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The two Australian owners are super friendly, flexible and helped me with getting around in the city. Not only did they give advice to get around in the city but even brought me when I couldn’t find a working ATM. They really went out of their way to help me out. The accomodation is great and clean. The breakfast is delicious.

A wonderful experience, Ric and Peter are fabulous hosts. Super clean, super comfortable, fab breakfasts. If you come to Nouadhibou and don't stay here you're making a big mistake. Great price as well. One of the best places I've stayed at in 11 years of backpacking.

can't immagine better hosts ! they cater to your whishes even before you realise you have them. Spotless clean. Super quiet and peacefull (cant even hardly hear the muezzin). Highly recommended.

“As good as it gets!”
Hands down the best accomodation in Mauritania. Myself and one friend had just come off the Iron Ore train. We were picked up from where we jumped off and welcomed with a hot shower and washing machine, which you are going to need! The rooms were spotless. Highest quality we found on our week long trip in Mauritania. Small touches such as tea, cold water, breakfast snacks etc really make this place great. Would happily stay again. Thank you thank you thank you!

Breakfast is fantastic and so are the owners of the hotel. Everyone is super helpful and informative. Check-in was easy and communication was fast and clear. Honestly, it’s a great place to stay
