Loved everything about this beautiful cottage. It felt warm and cozy. We felt the warmth from the time we entered the gates where we welcomed by Laurie and her husband. Our host was so gracious in allowing us to check in earlier as we going to a wedding that afternoon. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy this special place with its beautiful, tranquil garden. Would definitely want to go back.

We had a wonderful stay with Laurie. She was so accommodating and was happy to allow us to check out late. The cottage exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean and homely. It was also a great location as we were down for Midmar Mile weekend. Thank you Laurie for a memorable stay in all the right ways.

“What a cosy and pleasant stay at the cottage which is so full of character!”
What a wonderful experience we had at Spring Close. Def exceeded our expectations. This was perfect travelling as a family and with kids. Kids had access to the garden and plenty to entertain them upstairs in their bedroom. There was also the option of a tv in the living room. Main bedroom is very spacious with lots of room and space to chill other than on the bed.

This was the most exquisite cottage amd we absoutely loved our stay! Laurie is so amazingly hospitable and helpful, there was even a personalized letter on arrival with all the local restaurant suggestions. The decor is amazing and there is even a huge bath tub which was a nice surprise. A definite 10/10 all round! Amazing experience

“Superb stay, will return!”
An incredibly comfortable and a super welcoming place to stay. We had a great time basing ourselves there and are undoubtedly going to return. Highly recommended, great views, a Weber braai, a boma, you can even swing a golf club!
