This is our second stay in this amazing apartment. The reasons are obvious... wonderful location, beautiful decor, comfort, and spoiling guests with great snacks on arrival and for morning coffee. It is our 'go to' place in the Midlands.

Our stay over the weekend was absolutely wonderful. The space was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean, and with great attention to detail. It was spacious, comfortable, and felt inviting and homely. The central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area, while still offering a peaceful retreat. The host was exceptionally helpful with any requests we had. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a high-quality stay.

Beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Gowrie/ Nottingham Road. Was super central for us and also a great walk to the Village Kitchen for breakfasts. Felt very safe inside the estates which requires an access code to enter. Sam was an amazing host, providing all the amenities (even down to make up wipes and Panado) as well as a bottle of wine on arrival. Would highly recommend for a stay in the Midlands and we will definitely be back
