Very clean and homely apartment. Great host always willing to help. Great value for money. Very good location and close to amenities. Nice open new build estate and apartment. Best place by far for my stay 3 weeks stay at North Nicosia, Northern Cyprus.

“Very quite property”
This property has everything, very modern style and very big apartment. Close to all shops and high street. Perfect location. Perfect place to stay I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay comfortable and clean property.

“Comfortable”
Very accommodating and helpful host Osman. Property was comfortable and had all necessary facilities. Each room had its own AC and beds were comfy. Sitting area, kitchen and bathroom all perfect.

“Just what we needed”
Spacious and clean, well appointed kitchen. All clean linens and towels. Handy to have washing machine, airer and iron etc. Great for family accommodation or for a group of friends. Supermarket and pharmacy 5 mins walk. Osman was amazing, really responsive and could not have been more helpful and kind .

Great for families and groups. Close to hospitals (if required) quiet safe residential area in the city centre. Not touristy at all but close to supermarkets/pharmacies and food and drink shops - just like the locals
