Self check-in was very easy as instructions were shared by the hosts in advance. The location is not far from local bars and restaurants. The hosts were also very kind and hospitable and made an exceptional breakfast with lots of attention and care. The guest house is also lovely inside with a small courtyard that's so well decorated. It aas a wonderful place for our overnight stay.

Amazing hosts. Quaint and comfortable. It is small but all needs met. Plentiful breakfasts, with home made cake, freshly cooked eggs and boreka. Bedroom comfy albeit small. Breakfasts on the terrace. Very interesting location, in a residential area that is quite impoverished. But very near all.you could want. Highly recommend

Location to visit Nicosia its perfect, but just the area is old and surrounding houses have local residents generally seems low class but it was authentic, you can smell and feel Nicosia old streets, houses, etc. Nicosia is a place you can get everywhere by walking if you are a real walker, so location is good to access the luxury street, casinos, old bazaar, authentic food serving restaurants, history, everything. Apart of this boutique hotel concept is different than I suppose to know in Turkiye, don't expect a hotel, expect to accommodate in your mom's or aunt's house where you have a private bedroom shower and toilet belongs to you, a great architectural and authentic design inside house and room, you definitely feel you are in a mediterranean house. In the entrance there is no reception, you will receive password to unlock the small vault where the key to enter the house stays, you are opening as if you are opening your own house, entering and you can go to your room directly, the house exists of 3 rooms, so you may have not crowded areas, its lovely, like a home, u can enter whenever you want. Free wifi a bit slow but I dont think its due to hotel, its due to area I guess. No option for dinner, lunch but you have a refrigerator in your room belongs to you, so you can buy and bring in anything u want to eat, even in entrance owners leave two wine glasses and a wine opener if u want to spend a romantic night with your gf/wife, its authentic and lovely. Sure I will visit once more with my wife, because it's my first time in TRNC and I love the country. Breakfast, thanks to Melek and Ayşe Hanım (owners) you are feeling like your mom or aunt serving you breakfast, has nothing to do with hotel, its home. You tell your mom/aunt tomorrow what time you want to have breakfast and when you wake up under a great sunlight in a small open air terrace on a small authentic desk, great breakfast you can have.

The guest house had a very homely feel and the two owner sisters did their very best to make us feel welcomed. We enjoyed the breakfast on both mornings. The location of the house was perfect.

Entrace keys in a box open with code. Walking distance (10 minutes) to the main monuments of North Nicosia, border crossing (Ledra Street) and buses to Girne
