Very nice stay in old town Nicosia. Authentic B&B with a wonderful owner and host - she took hospitality to a new level! Amazing service and care about our experience. Great Turkish breakfast with best ever freshly squeezed orange juice. Highly recommend to spend 1-2 nights in Northern Nicosia and of course stay here!

The B&B guesthouse was a great experience. We were greeted warmly by Selay who promptly showed us our accommodation, provided us with a beverage, and told us about the property and city sights. She is a gem…very artistic and expressive, she made our stay excellent.

Beautifully renovated property, comfortable room and bed, super shower. Very peaceful in the old city. Nice garden area to sit out in and we appreciated the use of the kitchen. Superb communications with lovely hostess Selay - thank you for your recommendations and friendly welcome. Very good breakfast. Easy parking nearby. Highly recommended.

The host, Selay was so kind in meeting us, arranging an early taxi to the airport for us, and even bringing breakfast forward just for us. She also gave good advice in exploring Lefkoşa. The hotel is named after her grandmother who used to own the property and you can see the love that has gone into it. Nice room opening onto a sweet courtyard. Good WiFi, shower. Great shared kitchen facility.

Such a beautifully decorated place!! So genuine and unique, such a gem if you wish to stay somewhere authentic yet snassy! The owner is so wonderful and acommodating. Really did everything to make me feel welcome. Breakfast is smazing!!! Hotel lies in a quiet part of north Nicosia. Warmest recommendation!!

Located just next to Kyrenia Gate, this small hotel is a charming nestle with comfortable and restored rooms and a very good breakfast (more than 8 kinds of home made jams, pide bread and crackers, juices and other beverages, cheese) to be consumed in the hotel yard. The unparalleled value are Selay and her staff who welcome and pamper you giving you any help on what to visit or where to eat and making you feel a part of the family more than a guest.

Nicely decorated place where you feel at home. The breakfast was great, with a lot of choice and also local products. The people are lovely and very helpful with planning how to get around.

The owner was very helpful and friendly - helped us a lot with information and even walked us to a bus station we wanted to go. The hotel was authentic, clean and very cute.

Such a welcoming host, who couldn't have been more helpful with advice on what to do and see. The rooms were very comfortable and came with all the small details to make them homey. The showers were strong and bathrooms clean. Wonderful decor! Nice to have an outdoor courtyard to sit in. The whole experience was very intimate and cosy.

“Wonderful owner, very good value for money”

Fantastic owner, helped us to rent a car, find other accommodation and understood exactly what we were looking for when giving us ideas of places to go to and areas to visit. Very charming and quiet place in the old town. Very good bkfst

The first stay was very pleasant but the second time we found some problems like a very weak WiFI ,also were disturbed by other quests- as the place is small and if someone talks outside- you can hear every word- that what happened with us at 8am Sunday. The place is clean, location is good.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in old town Nicosia. Only 3 rooms, beautifully restored old property. Selay is a great hostess who helped us book a car and accommodation for the rest of our trip. Lots of tips on what to do and where to eat. Very powerful shower. Fantastic breakfast.
