Mary Ellen was great. I couldn't figure how to turn the heat up so called front desk. she came straight to my room to show me. which I should have figured out myself and she was not the least bit judgemental or critical of me.

“Pleasant stay”
Our check-in guy was excellent. We had a small electrical problem in the room, and staff came right away. Thank you for that. The room was excellent, and the breakfast was good, which helped make our stay enjoyable. It was a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with staff and guests. We will be back again!
