“We enjoyed Norfolk and the location was great but overpriced hotel for the service”
It’s was all about the location when we booked. But this was the most expensive hotel we stayed in and wasn’t the best. Staff weren’t really very helpful, breakfast service was very bad to the point where we gave up and went somewhere else. The room smelled slightly odd. The car park arrangements were not clear but basically valet service is the only option costing an extra $70 for the two day stay !

“First and last time”
The view of the Harbor was great. Some of the staff was very sweet, especially Ruth at the restaurant reception. The bed was comfortable, no complaints here.
