The elevators being down during a super busy weekend was the worse part of the stay for 24 story building.The extra fees were a bit much on top of the valet fee and valet drivers taking long to retrieve your vehicles .

Absolutely loved our room and the view! Bed was very comfortable, spacious room, very quiet floor and modern décor. We were able to get an early check in and Caroline upgraded us to a deluxe room which instantly made us feel a vacation "vibe"!
