“Good Hotel close to the airport.”
The Hotel was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Sufficient parking space in front of hotel without additional charge. Nice breakfast buffet and very friendly staff(not included in room rate).

“Disappointing. Would not stay again.”
Poor communication prior to stay. I submitted 3 emails- none were replied to. The facilities in the the room were lacking- there was even a glass. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The room was horrible. It felt tired and was unwelcoming. I specifically requested a quiet room and we we were checked into a room right beside the lifts and the atrium. Were kept awake all night by noisy guests coming and going as well as those in the bar below.

My spouse and I did not eat breakfast because it was his birthaday weekend and I wanted to do something special for him. We went out to eat. If it was'nt his birthday, then we would have probably ate everyday we was there, because the food smell really good.

“Find another hotel if you want to be stress free.”
Worst experience ever. AC not working and my only solution was leave the hotel at 10 pm. Asked for housekeeping and no response. They keep passing the blame to someone else. It was worse than a motel stay. Will never ever stay at a double tree either personal or business.

“Terrible”
We were put into a room with a broken air conditioner. I called the front desk and they told me that the coil broke and they are fixing it soon. The room was a balmy 82 degrees Fahrenheit all day and night until we checked out the next day. The front desk offered me a $20 discount. Yeah, I walked away disappointed in their exemplary customer service.
