“Needs a refresh!”
The male receptionist was very friendly. He made me a lovely cup of tea after I arrived. The gardens are the best thing about the hotel itself, and there was a lovely family of ducks with eight ducklings. I had a great view of the garden from my room, it was the saving grace! The area the hotel is in is quiet, and there are lovely paths to walk nearby. Also, the area is well connected by public transport.

“Ideal travel stopover in Norderstedt”
The location was central, and despite having a room on the ground floor on the road side, there was very little noise interference. Breakfast was more than adequate, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

A nice, space rooms, clean bathroom, very friendly and hospitality personal. But it would be else more comfortable, if they have a little kettle in apartment. But I advise this hotel for short stay in Hamburg.
