I booked 2 rooms one month ago before my arrival, but they cancelled l my booking without notify me on the last minutes. When we came to the hotel at midnight they said my booking was cancelled, if i still want to stay i have to pay a higher price. I asked them why didn’t notify me and they said they don’t care. I booked 104$, and the new price that i was charged 137$. Terrible service.

“Horrible”
Did not offer breakfast. Front desk yelled at a customer. Placed a “purchase “ on debit card. Not a “hold”. Will not refund me my money three days later.
