In the center of Norcia above a bar. Breakfast is in the bar downstairs with coffee, juice and cornetti. Convenient location, restaurants and delis right next door. We parked outside the city walls but as the center is quite small, it is only a short walk.

very cozy and welcoming, close to everything since it’s a small town but still charming. Heating was working perfectly which is good because it was really cold. Room was perfectly clean and tidy. The owner also runs a café, so breakfast is there and they’re very generous, also a nice opportunity to meet locals.

The location was superb - right in the center of Norcia and easy to get to as well as easy to access everything else in town. Comfortable and spotlessly clean room (and warm as well, which was appreciated on the cold rainy day I was there). Excellent breakfast in the morning in the attached cafe. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

“Perfectly nice and reasonably priced place right in the center of Norcia.”
Functional room with good bed, small but functional bathroom. Room of ok size, parking for free on the plaza. Breakfast at the cafe below. Good heating.

Right in the center of Norcia, friendly staff, the room was very clean and pleasantly warm - it was around 0°C outside :) Temperature in the room is fully adjustable, nice and perfectly clean bathroom
