Great stay, it was very clean & just what we needed for a couple nights in Norcia.

We were travelling in Umbria by motorbike. The weather was changeable, we found Residenza Montedoro comfortable, warm and very welcoming.

It seems brand new (June 2025).Very nice, clean and quiet, with comfortable bed and great view on mountains. Very good lightning. Italian breakfast (coffee and sweet pastry) is served in a nice café 10 min walk away. Car parking is in the small street in front of the house. I loved my stay here.

We turned up late but no problems with the owners. It was a pleasure to meet with an owner for a change instead of anonymous lock boxes. The town of Norcia is undergoing reconstruction after the earthquake in 2016 and 2019. The town was upbeat and very interesting. Great restaurants.

Gorgeous room with private terrace and outdoor seating area. Clean, comfortable, modern room. Parking right by the entrance. Beautiful surrounding area Located in quiet residential area.

Breakfast provided was at local patisceria, where you can choose from variety of fresh made croissants and other local sweet delicacies. But you have to walk approx. 1 km. :)

Very nice and quiet room about 10 min walk from the entrance to the city. Easy parking for the car. Very friendly host although a bit more informzation on the city would have been welcome.

The house is very nice and clean, rooms are comfortable, having all you need for a stay. Water in the fridge was offered by the host while there is a vending machine outside the property for drinks and coffee. Enough parking space and the old town is easy to be reached by walking distance. The breakfast is in a small pasticceria in the oldtown with a wonderful offer.

The location was convenient to downtown. The room was immaculate. Breakfast provided in town was pastries, juice and coffee and was very good. We had a short stay but would love to return.

Residenza Montedoro is some hundred meters away from the center of Norcia. This has also some advantages as you find easy a parking space and is really quite and close to nature. In 10 min you are in downtown Norcia. There you will have your breakfast in Italian style. We had seating area in front of our room which we appreciated.

A beautiful appartment with very good facilities. A walk of about 500 metres to town centre.

The apartments were newly built, modern, clean with a very good bathroom. The location was quiet and conveniently located 10 minute walking distance from the center of Norcia. We received fresh towels after the second day.

It's a great place, clean, comfortable and the staff and service is amazing. All rooms have an outdoor space, which I didn't know, so I booked a room with a patio for an extra. Something I wouldn't do since there is very little difference among rooms. The place is 900m from the city center and it's clearly explained both online and in person. A couple of vending machines are on site since this is only rooms and not a B&B. Staff super friendly, super clean and proper, contemporary rooms and facilities. Highly recommended.

“Clean, nice host and good parking options”

The room was nice and very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. It is not in the old town [our choice as we had a car so wanted someone easy to park) but you can reach the old town by walking around 10 min. So very close and convenient.

Great, modern room and bathroom, clearly all newly furnished. We enjoyed the walk into town, though some might find it a little long.

The rooms were very new., comfotable and exceptionally clean.
