The elevator was not working on 2 occasions during my stay and as I was on the 9th floor I was not happy.

“Good value for money”
The staff were very helpful as we had lots of heavy bags. The room was very spacious. The shower was nice and hot. We got free breakfast included, the toast and marmalade was good. The beds were comfortable. It is definitely good value for money. When booking it was rated only two stars so we didn’t expect much however I would rate it a bit higher.

Easy to go to Don Mueang airport. Nearby 7 eleven. Room is big enough. Staffs are friendly.

“I liked the staff politeness and their attention when I asked them to tell the guest to stop talking”
In my third last night staying there on Sunday night, the guest in Room 505 started playing music and talking loudly from 1 am to 2:15 am After I notified hotel staff by email, --the after some time the noise stopped. The hotel staff responded and asked me if the noise had stopped because they said they had phoned the guest.
