“i’m sorry but i would not stay there again”

i stayed 5 days and should have stayed only one. walking to shopping mall was a nightmare and very dangerous as you had to crops two busy roads that had no pedestrian crossing or bridge.

I have been to this hotel for the third time and there is nothing to add. Very nice and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, excellent cuisine, laundry right in the hotel, guiet location, I recommend it.

Exceptional service spacious rooms are the most helpful and warm staff with excellent location as close to local markets and big malls and truly divine Thai food in their restaurant - I couldn't recommend this property enough!

The Grand Residence Hotel is great, I have stayed in this hotel before and that is why I chose this hotel again. Absolutely quiet location, great restaurant that belongs to the hotel, very kind and helpful staff, super nice and helpful owners.

the room is small but everything else was nice and good. theres 7/11 nearby if u want to have dinner or brekkie. also we got the best service ever! we never requested for new towels etc but they still came to our room and provided new towels, water bottles etc. thank you so much!! and they are so so friendly. really enjoyed staying here during our trip.

“Family run friendliness”

The friendliness on welcoming guests is wonderful. A family run hotel that does everything to make your stay comfortable. Their food is the best I have tasted in Thailand. It is maybe a little old but we all get old. Cleanliness was A plus. This will now be our hotel of choice to stay in whenever in Bangkok. “The best staff, a great room with everything you need!”

The staff were super lovely, really helpful and kind. They gave me loads of good information and tried to help me in every way I needed. When I arrived I had been bitten previously (from lying on grass...do not do it!) many times by ants and they did everything they could to help me with that. I really appreciated it. They were so helpful in telling me the best places to go to and how to get there cheaply. The room was big, bright and with air conditioning, there were two good desks I had a nice balcony. The bed was huge. Everything was clean and they offered to clean the room everyday if I wanted it. The wifi was excellent. I got 2 bottles of water everyday which I appreciated a lot. They have a restaurant downstairs which is really delicious and superb value! Excellent price for the room to.

The owner was very approachable and helpful. They helped us throughout our whole stay. We'll definitely stay here again when we go back to thailand.

“Superb”

It is close to the city center. The place was spacious, quiet and quite clean. My room had 2 windows. I enjoyed the sunshine coming through the windows.

Good price (4 persons 1 room), clean bedroom, friendly host, well located near highway and the Mall (shopping center). Thanks!
