“be carful. super unprofessional.”
I use booking for many many years and never had such an experience. When we arrived in the evening nobody was at the meeting point. When I called they said "the room is not available". Nothing more. I said that I had the confirmation but they didn't response. No sorry no nothing. I needed to find another hotel in the evening and till today I wait for my money. Phone is ringing - nobody answer, I write WhatsApp / Email - no response. Such a shame to act like this. Mistakes happens but dont say sorry, answer and give my money back is an absolute no go.
