Overview
This family-run hotel is located in the centre of Nonnenhorn, just 100 metres from Lake Constance and its boat jetty. It is the ideal base for boat trips on the lake, as well as for hikes and walks through the surrounding orchards and vineyards. Peaceful, comfortable guest rooms, a comprehensive breakfast buffet, a sun terrace and an attractive sunbathing lawn guarantee a wonderful, relaxing stay.

Centrally located in the small village, everything needed is close by (food, supermarket, transport). The breakfast was excellent and had a range of options (for a typical German breakfast). Particularly liked the use of sustainable options, like glass serving containers instead of plastic. Parking available on site (just request a Parkkarte). Everything was clean and neat. Check in was seamless.

location, price, staff were all good. It couldnt be located better, shop nearby, bodensee nearby, restaurants nearby and all for a reasonable price for the area

The staff was super friendly, and parking for our motorcycle was perfect. The room felt much nicer than in the photos, and all late check-in instructions were very clear. We loved the nearby Italian restaurant, the short walk to the lake, and the peaceful night with open windows and rain.

“A comfortable and relaxing break in one of the most delightful areas of Germany.”
Our first floor room had additional facilities (balcony, fridge) and was large and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and there was a wide range of interesting buffet items, individually portioned in reusable glass containers in a refrigerated display. A model of sustainability. All the staff were very helpful. Free guest parking outside the hotel. The hotel garden was pretty. The railway station was very close and we had an included Echt Bodensee card which gave us free rail travel in the area.

Excellent breakfast. Very accomodating with good dinner recommendations. Rooms are very basic, but clean and comfortable. Good hot shower.
