“This is a residential development, generally not geared towards servicing tourists.”
Bed / room configurations clearly mentioned in Booking.com were not representative of the actual in the villas, resulting in frustrating direct negotiations with the villas numerous times over multiple days. Transport within the village was not inconvenient and very slow Understaff and inexperienced staff in normal hours, and no staff at the reception after hours

Close to Nongsa port. Property is suitable only for people who bring their own groceries and cook at the place. Villas are large.

“Great stay overall, will come back for sure for long weekends”
Loved the location and the fact that you can go from one hotel to the other (marina view, turi beach) as they're under the same organisation. They offer free transit from ferry and between hotels. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Great 3 beds villa, ideal for a familly with kids and with friends.
