View from the balcony was really nice, beds were comfortable, it was possible to check in all day long.

“region and accom was stunning and what its all about out of the cities - Nam Ou river is amazing”
Amazing stay on the river with every rooms views to the river and sunset in the mountains behind, we have travelled the world and after the 4.5 hr mini bus / van ride from LP this is worth it. Economic for a worth while views better than hostel off the river for sure with balcony evenings and breakfast is stunning. 10 mins walk to bus drop this side of town and then 10 mins walk to the big bridge so really good location. Loved it and then go boat to Muang Noy hour up the river stay is even better and more remote.

The view from the room was amazing. Breakfast was served in front of the room with a great view over the river. The beds are hard but comfortable.

Really nice place, stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The view was spectacular and loved the breakfast on the balcony in the mornings. Room was nice and clean and very good value. Would highly recommend.

Cleaning of the room hasn’t been done and we stayed 2 nights (no refill of water, toilet paper…) The room were not clean and very noisy

“Good location, value for money accommodation with helpful, kind staff.”
Excellent value for money. Beautiful view from the terrace. The property is located between the bus station and the centre. Helpful, kind staff. Tourist programs can also be booked at the hotel. Breakfast is quick, delicious and fresh.

The accommodation offers a wonderful view on the river. The room was really comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great but too simple for the price we pay for the room.
