I extended my stay which outlines the service and the exceptional food, the menu in the tram was outstanding as were the prices affordable , food presentation was Wow as was the quailty !

Amazing setting and room with its own pool. It was quiet and a long way from the chaos of Pattaya which suited me.

From booking in the staff , service, facilities, food was outstanding, I booked a topaz’s jacuzzi villa for a five night stay on business, though decided on check-out to extend my stay by four more days and upgraded to a Emerald pool villa .

“Amazing hotel for families”

Amzingly nice setup and very nice and big pool access bungalows. The staff is exceptional friendly and tries their almost best t9 assist with all requests and needs. The hotel spa is one of the best in Pattaya and so we visited several times. The complete hotel environment is well maintained and very green. The security is helpfull too and friendly.

“Fantastic!”

We stayed in a one bedroom on the first floor overlooking the pool (no balcony). The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom and dressing room were spacious with toiletries provided. The pool area is perfect for young children. There are water slides and a couple of paddle boards and a bar/restaurant for refreshments. I had dinner at The Deck one evening and it was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic. Very quiet on the Friday morning, a little busier on the Saturday morning, full on the Sunday morning. Our children loved the golf buggies to get us to and from the lobby to the rooms.

Everything! Superb hospitality. The reviews didn’t lie when they say you are treated like royalty here. And it’s like a photo that have come to life - it’s so beautiful and seems so unreal. We’ve enjoyed every bit of it, we came here during Songkran so there were some special events and activities within the property. We enjoyed from our Emerald pool villa which I have requested something special for my partner’s birthday and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! There was a birthday cake and complimentary macarons too! the complimentary Onsen + signature massage from the spa was … wow. Amazing. Will definitely come back here with our son. Thank you again for making it so memorable for us ❤️

We had an absolutely exceptional experience at this hotel and I highly recommend it from the bottom of my heart! The highlight for me was the service — truly outstanding and on a level you rarely come across. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a genuine smile and a great attitude. They made us feel welcomed and taken care of at every moment. The hotel itself is maintained to an extremely high standard. Everything is spotless, well-organized, and beautifully designed. You can really see the attention to detail in every corner, from the lobby to the facilities and public areas. The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, diverse, and of very high quality. Every meal felt like a treat, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. And the rooms… simply exceptional. Spacious, beautifully designed, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, and everything in the room felt luxurious and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, memorable stay.

“The stay was amazing and everything was great”

Club car service was fast, staff was very polite,breakfast has many variety of food, swimming pool is large, Sauna and steam room were clean and good. Very fast internet.

The staff was kind and service minded the whole time. You will be treated well here. The pool was nice and calm, the facilities where also quite nice.

Can't believe this is how much it actually costs, with an unlimited access to a terrific pool, onsen, and spa (all inclusive). We even had a jacuzzi bath tub in our room. The breakfast was amazing. Super wide selection, and was even better than many 5-star hotels I've stayed. The biggest plus was that they offer free EV charging service (first come first serve), although the number of charger was limited. Will definitely come back again!
