Very friendly owner that accompanies you through the check in process. Decent size private swimming pool to have a comfortable swim. Rooms are clean and well sized for couples or families with children. There is a 7-Eleven next door with a small market to buy some fresh fruit and a small bbq stand that offers chicken and other meat.

Lovely comfortable house with everything you need With swimming pool. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood in a cul de sac so no traffic. 7/11 is just a few minutes walk. 15 mins in a taxi to Pattaya city.

The location is quite central, near everything we need. The pool was the best and really clean! The internet is fast as well so we were able to work from there.

The pool of the villa was very nice. The lady who owned the villa was very attentive. They came every two days and did the cleaning. It is a place I would recommend if you are staying for a family.

The swimming pool is really nice. Good size, sufficiently deep, we spent a lot of time in it. The whole property was very clean. Kitchen was fitted with a lot of appliances (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, air fryer, rice cooker, vitroceramic stove). The Barbecue was basic but perfect for our usage (we used it on a daily basis). Host was very nice and the check-in/check-out processes went smoothly. She provided us with linen, towels, charcoal, etc...

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Firstly, the owner's warmth and accommodation made our experience truly special. She was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The house itself was clean and spacious, providing ample room to relax and work. The kitchen is well-equipped, offering everything we needed for cooking. On top of that, the swimming pool was a delightful bonus, perfect for refreshing dips. Lastly, the fast internet and functional Netflix on the TV added the finishing touch to a perfect stay.

The house has everything you need for a family of 3 generations. We all really enjoyed the pool and spacious villa. The pool is amazing!

Privacy, big house, close to Pattaya center and also 7/11 was right in a corner. Pool was big and clean. Rooms were big and AC in every of them. Kitchen had everything we needed and washing machine was big plus (and the rack for clothes).
