Everything was perfect, inside the property is huge, the pool is a large size and depth, lots of ac units and ceiling fans to keep it cool inside, huge lake in the back garden that is full of koi carp. Every bedroom had a fairly big tv and the front room tv huge. The staff are great, khom came round daily to sweep leaves from the outside area and maintain the garden, very friendly and helpful. The dog lucky can be a little vocal if you startle him while he is asleep but he is a very friendly boy who will only bark and was always very good and gentle with my daughter. Khom also has a very cute daughter who is very enthusiastic when saying hello or goodbye. We couldnt have asked for a better property or service

We will definitely stay at this villa again. Thank you to the lovely staff, Khun Nok and Khun Kom, for making us feel at home. This villa is like a dream come true: peaceful, luxurious, and feels like floating on a cloud.

The villa was clean and big with some very comfortable beds 🙂 there was a billiard table and table tennis, the pool was a decent size and clean as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for the amazing experience.

The villa itself was amazing it had everything you would need to have a great holiday, the lake was brilliant if you like a bit of fishing , it was so private which was perfect.

“By far the best villa in Pattaya”
We’ve been coming to Pattaya for several years and this place is by far the best villa we’ve stayed in Pattaya. it’s the perfect place for families or large groups. Every room has a smart TV and the kitchen is fully equipped. They provided plenty of water and even free bottles of beer in the fridge and plenty of towels for swimming. If you bring kids they will never get bored, lots of activities within the villa, can go fishing, trampoline and lots of area to play and even a karaoke with higher quality sound system. The villa has a full time caretaker who was very helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

Huge villa with huge rooms and very nice owners! This villa has a lot of facilities: deep pool with lights, billiard, huge LED TV with karaoke system and 2 microphones, disco lights, jacuzzi etc. There was even a koi pond!! Amazing ☺️ All rooms were clean, sheets had very nice smell, my friends loved it so much. All air conditioners worked very well. The toilet rooms were spacious. There were kitchen utensils too, so it was very convenient.
