The Villa is newly renovated, very clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is a quiet and nice place. Market and 7/11 are close. The owner and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great villa for family reunion / friends gathering. Had everything we needed, plenty of accomodation for 10 people and did not feel crowded, having 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Well maintained accommodation. Very clean - daily housekeeping, very accommodating hosts, who could organise trips, transfers and answer questions quickly. Big pool, was great to have a paddle pool for younger kids. Gated community. Close to supermarket, restaurants and massage shops. Would recommend and would book again.

“This property will definitely be at the top of our list for our next visit to Pattaya.”
We were greeted on arrival and shown around. There were some free drinks provided and also charcoal for the barbecue. It was very clean and tidy and the swimming pool was perfect for our family trip. The garden, while not big, was nice and waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning was a nice surprise.

The owner has thought of everything in this home. The kitchen is really stocked with proper pots, pans and utensils. The electric outlets were exactly where you want them to be. Nothing is overlooked.
