We’ve booked four nights stay but when we got there, it’s a little bit too far out we didn’t expect that far from where we wanted to be so we told the reception we needed refund. They said have to contact Booking.com, but Booking.com said you have to contact the hotel direct so we don’t know what to do

“Worse travelling experience ever!”
Nothing! Worse experience ever! I had my booking confirmation for 2 nights. The receptionist told me that Booking.com and Agoda kept on taking reservations even though there were no rooms available and the Booking.com reservation is not going to be valid any longer since the hotel is fully booked. Both of the receptionists had no idea what they were doing. I had to stay in the lobby till the next day at 1.00 A.M. with my family. Luckily 2 people canceled the rooms and we were able to check in.
