Lovely garden setting. Clean, comfortable and very spacious room. Don who lived in Australia for many years, was very helpful and made us feel at home.

“A perfect hotel in a perfect little Thai town”

I loved everything about this hotel! The rooms are very spacious, airy and quiet, and surrounded by greenery. Just outside, there's a lovely little street and some great restaurant and cafes. Khao soi just around the corner!!! Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks :)

As previous reviews I've seen have stated. This is a great, well located and friendly little gem of a place to stay in Nong Khai. The staff make this place special as they can't do enough for you. Barely ten minutes walk to the Riverside and located in a quiet side road, the rooms are well sized with enough amenities for a comfortable stay. Most equipment is old but working and this adds to the attraction. Beds are a little firm for my taste but I slept pretty well. No meals includes but free tea and coffee available 24/7. The price is more than reasonable too

“Great people and perfect location”

The Pikul apartments are owned and operated by the nicest people and are located within easy walking or cycling distance to the Mekong River, shops, and restaurants. Friday Night Walking Street is 4 blocks away. The building is traditional with lovely potted plants everywhere. The rooms are clean, and the furniture is basic, providing all you need for a short or long stay. I felt at home there and will return when in Nong Khai.

Good PRICE-PERFORMANCE ratio, very friendly staff, good Wifi, free parking at hotel, good infrastructure around hotel, to walking street about 10 minutes.

Right next to the weekend market which is absolutely amazing, quiet leafy street. Very easy to find, the bed was comfy, the room was spacious and very bright. Good bicycles for rent.

“I was fascinated by the city and the house”

I liked everything, especially the lovely hosts, who helped me immensely with the tickets and sightseeing. When I come to Nongkhai again it will be the only place where I am staying.

Close to Walking street and market and Mekong river

The staff is very caring and friendly 🙏 The situation is nice, you can walk to the night market and the Mékong easily. There is a beautiful temple on the other side of the street. Very peaceful at night.
