Excellent customer service from the ladies at reception. Very helpful and very polite and always smiling and nothing seemed to much trouble. Daily cleaning of my room by staff who where just as pleasant as the staff on reception. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

“Crystal Nong Khai”
Nice guest-friendly hotel with a fabulous artisan coffee shop attached that serves great hot lattés and sourdough bread. Happy smiling baristas are always a bonus.

“Unfriendly and rude”
Poor location, adequate rooms but the rudest and most unfriendly hotel I have known in Thailand. Normally hotels in Thailand are so friendly and acommodating but sadly not here.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions in the past. This time it wasn’t up to my expectations as on previouse visits. Comfortable bed. Cleaned bedding and towels. Hot shower. Location near Tesco lotus with restaurants. WiFi was sometimes ok but weak. Parking. Budget price.

I just left my stuff here and decided to spend the night at another place. Price is really cheap, but i can not reccomend if you need comfortable stay.
