“Amazing Ligurian views”

Paola was a very kind and helpful host. The view is absolutely amazing and the location is close to all the places that worth a visit. We also loved the attentive service for breakfast.

“Fantastic stay with great people.”

Beautiful place with stunning views, and one's own little private terrace. The room was very comfortable, good closets and a very good bed (with good pillows and great linen) a little table and an excellent bathroom. Even though the room was smallish it was all we needed because of the terrace in front. There was everything needed for making coffee in the room, and a very well stacked little fridge with all kinds of non alcoholic beverages that were free of charge. Paula and Giovanni were exceptional hosts; friendly and very accommodating. Bringing flowers and wine for a birthday, giving advice, ordering taxi - and even lending us a vespa, since we travelled by train and not car (which we will do next time). The walk into Noli is just beautiful, and Noli of course a really nice little historic town. The beaches close by are great, very clean and the ocean clear. We hope to be there again soon. “A very special, serene place with sublime sea views”

The location, view & hosts make this a very special place. The pool area has unobstructed panoramic views of the Ligurian sea and the adjoining terraced garden is filled with lemon & orange trees. The fabulous medieval town of Noli has great shops and cafes and is a 5 minute drive away.

The view was nothing short of amazing and the host, Paola was so helpful and very accommodating. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

“The perfect place for luxurious Italian holidays!”

This place is absolutely gorgeous. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to have it calm, private, classy and luxurious. The Villa offers a private pool with a wonderful view over the small village Spotorno. Out of the apartments you have a great view over the sea (we enjoyed watching the sun rising out of our beds). Our apartment was modern, absolutely clean and was perfectly quite. The hosts are highly lovely, kind and made our stay to something special. We could order individual breakfast every morning to individual times. We enjoyed it on a private table with the view over the sea. The next small Village is Noli and highly recommended. It offers plenty of restaurants (fish lovers will appreciate), an awesome small beach and lots of small Italian stores. As far as we can judge we were the only Germans for more than a week which was great. It gifted us a phenomenal Italian vacation. It’s easy to walk from the Villa to the village. It’s about 15 mins by feet down the mountain (up again it costs five minutes more). It would have been possible to go by car as well, but we didn’t want to. The way down to the village offers a great view to a small castle and olive trees. The communication with the hosts was easy, friendly and uncomplicated. We will recommend this place to every befriended couple or family member we can. Well definately come back!

“Peaceful location with fantastic sea view.”

Beautiful sea view in peaceful and lovely surroundings. Very nice room and pool and very welcoming owners. The walk down to Noli with beaches, restaurants and shops is pleasant and takes about 20 minutes.

Giovanni and Paola were amazing hosts. If you wanna enjoy some peace and a spectacular view up on the hill but still being able to have beaches in walking distance then that's definitely the place to stay! I will go back for sure.
