While booking the property for pre-Christmas stay in December we selected this villa due to the jacuzzi facility even though we paid supplement for it. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy it, as the power capacity of jacuzzi is unable to heat water more than +31C. When outside temperature was +6 and it was raining, sitting in a slightly warm (not hot at all) water was a torture, not a pleasure. I wouldn’t think twice to recommend this villa for summer stays but guests should not count on jacuzzi for cold seasons, and I believe it would be fair to note the water temperature details in the advertising publication.

The house is as nice as in the pictures. The view is stunning, day and night, and the owners extremely helpful. They even provided water, coffee, teas and food for breakfast, which was a very nice treat. A great stay!

“Small paradise in Italy”
Very beautiful location. Noli and Sportono offer many shops and restaurants. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family. Thank you and see you next time!
