“Fantastic sea location. Lack of renovation. 1960's time capsule.”
Fantastic location. Fantastic sea view with a balcony. Right on the beach. Clean smell (not the bad smell of modern perfumated floor cleaning products like in most other Italian hotels). The wine in the restaurant was good. The dinner basic, but a very good Tiramisú. The hotel is a "time capsule" where everything seems to be done like in the 1960's.

Hotel Location is exceptional. Just on the beach. Each room balcony has great panoramic view to Noli. Hotel has not small parking and this is a rarity for Noli. Very nice Malpasso beach is only 2 km away. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good equipped own beach. Even sunbeds are allocated for every room by number.
