The apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped. The location is awesome and the Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. We will not hesitate to book again.

The Maritimo Ris and its sister apartments are without question the best accommodation to stay in all of Noja. Apartments are clean and modern and very homely. The air-conditioning is excellent and at no point were we too hot or cold - even in July! The overwhelming positive however is the service - consistently going above and beyond for us. Our car broke down meaning we needed to extend our stay in Noja for an uncertain amount of time and they really cared for us - from securing alternative accommodation for us - to transporting us and our luggage to the new apartment. If that wasn't enough - they also sourced us a garage for our car, communicated with the mechanic on our behalf - and then even drove me there to pick up the car when it was fixed. It was quite simply the best service we have ever received, above and beyond any expectations. I would hope that no-one would ever need this type of assistance - but it is wonderful to know that if you do - it is there. A family business in every sense of the word. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Check inn and check out went promptly and very friendly staff. We could check out one hour later, not longer, because the hotel closed for maintanance. View and location were stunning. Dishwasher and washing machine as well as a big refrigerator with freezer were really nice. Pool time started at 8:30 a.m., nice to have an early morning swim. Also sauna, steam bath and small warm indoor pool were offered. Apartment was really clean and offered extra blankets and towels. Equipment of the kitchen was ok. Kettle and additional pan were given after asking. Good parking garage with big parking slots included. Dryer for clothes is also available in the building.

“Perfect place for family”

This place is spotlessly clean in the apartment and all communal areas and pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is close to beach near a great bar. The beach is one of the best beaches I have been on so safe for children. The pool is lovely small but was never busy in July so always room. The pool bar was great. We didn't have the breakfast so couldn't comment on it. You are very close to supermarket and bakery. The carpark was also excellent, safe and under the hotel. The apartment size was large we were family of five the sofa bed was large comfortable and we still had another sofa. The cooking equipment was adequate. 2 hobs and microwave. The fridge and freezer were large and very clean. There were 2 bathrooms masterbedroom had large ensuit. Every room had a small balcony. We were told it wasn't sea view but it had lovely sea view you just had to turn 90 degrees to see it. Would recommend both the apartment the hotel and Noja.

Hosts were great, warm, welcoming, helpful. Noja is lovely with great beaches and few tourists.

It's the 3rd year we stay in Noja and Maritimoris apartment is the best option for a family vacations at the beach. Great view of the ocean. Going from the room directly to the ocean with the board for surfing. All clean and comforable. Well equipped kitchen. Convinient garage with direct access. We did not use much of the other facilities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna) this time because of the COVID restrictions. But the ocean is still there =)
