Good communication with the owner. Great location just 15 min walk from train station to Paris/Disney. Shops around. Good facilities (including hair dryer).

“A great base for short trips to Paris & Disney”
We recently stayed at Le Marnois whilst visiting relatives who live in Noisy-le-Grand. It was a great base for our visit, close to a supermarket and bakery, good facilities within the apartment with a good shower and plenty of hot water. We only ate breakfast in the apartment, but you could easily prepare basic meals if needed. Easy to walk to the RER station for visits to Disney and into Paris. The owner was in contact on the day of our arrival with instructions of how to access the apartment and checked in with us while we were there also, which was a nice personal touch.
