“Awful”
Hygiene is very poor in this accommodation. Dirty, mould in bathroom, blood stains on pillows and mattress. Had to leave the property as soon as we arrive and requested for a full refund. It’s frustrating that the host refuse to give a full refund and only 50%. I expect booking.com to do better and such a poor and unhygienic accommodation is listed on their website. Also the customer service received with booking.com is unsatisfactorily as they refuse to resolve the dispute. Poor experience overall
