Friendly hotel in the heart of town with spacious bedrooms and a grand period dining room. The breakfasts are generous. Served in the garden when the weather is right. We also appreciated the parking space and free bikes to explore the island and get to the quiet beaches

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Corner in Noirmoutier. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality by our hosts, Diane and Raphael. The house is beautifully decorated, full of character, and ideally located for exploring the island. One of the highlights of our stay was the dinner prepared by Raphael, who is a talented chef. The meal was exquisite—creative, refined, and made with local ingredients. It felt like dining in a boutique restaurant, yet in the comfort of a charming home. Diane and Raphael go above and beyond to make guests feel at ease, offering thoughtful recommendations and creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Their attention to detail and personal touch made our visit truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and delightful experience in Noirmoutier.

“A peaceful place !”
An amazing place !!! Diane and Raphaël are really nice and caring people. Ideally located with every possible comfort. For exemple, it was really great and usefull to have the bicylces included and we loved to have the breakfast on the peaceful patio or to have the possibility to have a meal for a dinner on the beach. Thank you very much for your welcome, we will be back for sure.

“A great place to stay, right in the heart of town. Highly recommended.”
Raphael and Diane are excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. We loved the courtyard and often ended up there at the end of the evening with a glass of delicious wine to wind down before bed. Breakfast was very good and there was never a problem with asking for more of anything, it was all very generous and friendly. Raphael is an excellent cook, we had dinner at The Corner one night and Raphael did us proud with his cooking and Diane with her service - it was delicious. Our room was really lovely, it was enormous with a separate dressing room with basins, shower and separate WC. The room had a fan and would have benefitted from air conditioning. Included with the room was 2 bicycles. These were excellent, in good condition and very easy to ride. Noirmoutier is very flat and so we rode the bikes every day, always across the breakwater to the sea (to see family who were camping behind the wonderful Plage des Sableaux), also to other lovely beaches and around the north part of the island, which is delightful. The breakwater is stunning with the estuary on one side and salt flats and a bird sanctuary on the other - wonderful wildlife and views. Noirmoutier town is very attractive and has great markets, shops and restaurants.

Fanciest hostel I’ve ever stayed at! There was great water pressure and hot water in the shower. They offered towels and ready made beds. And the bunks even has small privacy curtains. And the kitchen was clean and well setup
