“Beautiful Treehouses”

The property is run by a kind and lovely couple. They made sure that we had everything we need. It is a beautiful accomodation, close to a lake. And they have hammocks and nice seating areas outside within the property. The rooms look like treehouses.

“Feels like in the jungle”

Lovely couple taking care of your wishes and providing great food and lunch packs for the early morning safari. Also the safari booked through them was really nice and we had an amazing day! As we are travelling with a baby and a young child the missing AC was hard for us in April but we knew about it before and the price was therefore really good! Right next to the place is a nice lake for a walk and to see many birds.

“Perfect place to stay for your safari !”

Accommodating for our vegan diets for all our meals. Lovely isolated place, very close to the park entrance. Orangising a safari guide, lovely guy. Hammocks to relax in after a long day private place to eat meals whilst at the accommodation.

The family running the place are amazing, they organised the safari for us and we're able to sort us out with lunches, breakfast and dinner, all amazing, location felt like it was in the middle of nowhere in the best possible way

We stayed in a new built building in the middle of the jungle, very clean and beautiful with lots of outdoor space. All around is very quiet and peaceful, there are hammocks and nearby a swimming lake. The inside is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The family that works there (they are not the owners) are very kind and helpful. They arranged us a safari for Wilpattu with a local guide for a very fair price and they can provide the lunches.

The cottages condition is really perfect. Much better than you can find out based on the photos. All is very clean, very well maintained and in a good taste. The staff is very, very kind. Both breakfast and dinner are tasty and served with a smile. We can definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful location around the lake. Our host made a lovely dinner in the evening. Also we got stuck with our TukTuk on the dirt road, but they came straight to help us out. Really excited about this spot!

“Perfect”

Lovely people. They organized a safari(plus delicious breakfast and lunch) and transport to our next destination. The Sri Lankan curry dish for dinner was amazing(tell them ahead of arrival, that you’d like to have that). Location is great(in the middle of the jungle). You’ll see many birds from your porch. Also there’s a lake nearby where we saw monkeys. All in all, perfect!!!

The host were amazing, property is made with love, is clean , confortable bed. Nice experience to sleep in the middle of the nature. The food was yummy.

The owners were very friendly and can arrange everything for you—breakfast, lunch, dinner (all of which are delicious), and safari. During the safari, you can take a breakfast and lunch package with you. The cottage exceeded our expectations; it looked great and was clean and well-maintained. There is a fan in the room, which is very nice during the night. We read in one of the reviews that the road to get there by tuk-tuk could be challenging and that we should take Thalgaswewa Road. We arrived in pouring rain, and even then, it was still manageable with the tuk-tuk (though a bit slippery 😉). We truly enjoyed the peace and all the jungle sounds here! 100% recommended.
