It's a good place to stay only for a night to visit willpattu national park; or maybe choose a room with a bathroom inside of it. Owner was super sweet, packed breakfast for the park since safaris start really early; he also brought me lunch from a town (not for free of course) & dropped me off at the bus stop when I left.

“Good stopover for a safari”
It was a great stop for our safari tour. The housekeeper was very friendly and organized us a safari tour the night before! Everything was well arranged and we got also breakfast for our safari. In the evenings we had great self made food from the friendly housekeeper which was awesome!

“Very good option for Wilpattu.”
Stayed here a couple nights for the Tuktuk Tournament. Excellent location for Wilpattu National Park. Very cheap!! Good and plentiful breakfast. We were sent with a packed breakfast on the morning of our Wilpattu NP safari which was appreciated. Under cover parking for our TukTuk.

Very peaceful location, only 15 mins walk from bus stop and couple of shops. Very kind host as well! Perfect for your stay if you are coming for a Safari as it’s just around the corner from the entrance :)

The accomodation was in the nature and you really felt it. Furthermore the host was incredibly friendly and flexible. The dinner and the breakfast were really good. Unfortunately it was too much for me so I couldn't eat it all.
