Near station

“Good position and quiet place”

Very quiet place, there is everything, kitchen, good shower, the bed is good, there is air conditioning, very close to the station and bus stop. WiFi connection very good.

Near the main station so I can arrive Noboribetsu at late night. uitable for one night relaxing from traveling. I think it's best option of you travel from Hakodate (I played at Hakodate for 1.5 days and stop at Onuma for cruise ship (last trip departs around 16:00)) then arrived Noboribetsu, next morning I checked out early for bus to Jigokudani.

Ken was a really nice owner and helped with everything. The moments spent in the common area were the best: being able to chat with people from all over the world wa so funny! Overall great experience and excellent position in front of Noboribetsu station and near two very good restaurants.

We did not actually end up staying at this property. The host did not reply to a question I had asked right after booking about needing to submit our passports in advance of our stay, nor did he or she email any kind of check-in instructions until 2 pm the day of check in. Because the data on my phone went out the day before our arrival and there was no WiFi on the train to Noboribetsu, I didn't see the host's last-minute message with check-in instructions. We showed up at the front door at 3 pm, hoping that someone would let us in. Instead, there was no one around, the door was locked, and there was a phone number taped to the inside of the window. We borrowed someone's phone to call it and got a message saying that the phone number was not in service. Not sure what to do, we took the bus up the hill to the hot springs area with all of our luggage in tow. At some point I was able to get on Wi-Fi and see that the host had sent us a check-in code about an hour before check-in time, but they didn't specify whether it was for the front door or our guest room inside. I messaged to ask for clarification but never got a response. At 8:30, we took the last bus back down the hill and tried the code to the front door, but it did not work. Fed up, we went across the street, where the Aka & AO (which had been recommended to us by someone who learned of our plight) saved the day by allowing us to book a room. (The Aka & AO is a wonderful place, by the way! Highly recommended!) I mean no undue disrespect to anyone, but the Relak Guest House's host should really be more forthcoming and available in his or her communication with guests. Next time I will trust that the poor reviews are there for a reason and not be so foolish as to take a risk on a place like this.

Nice seating area/ common area and you could cook. Good shower and toilet. Good air con and bed was fairly comfy. Said my boyfriend could check in late if he needed to. Near train and bus station. Good yakiniku place nearby. Could easily catch bus to onsen, 2 minutes walk.

Location is great, it's next to the train station with access to local buses. There is a supermarket and a 7-11 nearby.

“Comfy place near the train station”

We got a very spacious room with plenty of futon that let us sleep soundly. Kitchen and living room were nice too. Had no problems with the bathroom. Really near the Noboribetsu station and just in front of a great restaurant!

the owner and staff, Yoshi is very kind!. the room is clean overall. its not the in the near of city center but its very peaceful place to take retst
