“Decent and pleasant , convenient with parking”
Food variety was good , authentic Japanese spread of breakfast & dinner Resort was pretty old and have an air of vintage Onsen was decent with both indoor and outdoor facility

“Good food, clean and comfortable stay at this onsen”
The property is clean and neat. The meals are fabulous. Although it was a bit far from the jr station but ethe free shuttle help. I am extremely grateful for their extra care on the last minute change of pick up time. I had missed calculated my estimated arrival and need to notify them on the last minute changes. They confirmed that they can pick me at 2.30pm but they turned up at 2.05pm.

“Ten-Star Recommended”
I travelled with my friend and booked the "Japanese-Style Triple Room with Breakfast and Crab Dinner Included". It was amazing!! We went skiing and snowboarding at San Laiva Ski, a 6-minute walk from Karurusu Onsen Yumoto Orofuresou. After tiring but relaxing skiing, we enjoyed a lovely crab dinner and a hot spring on the lower ground floor. In addition, the window view from our room was incredible. To sum up, Ten-Star Recommended!

“I really like the traditional Japanese style room but find that it’s not so convenient.”
The room was nice and clean. The view of the property was really nice. Very quiet and peaceful. The traditional breakfast and dinner was really sumptuous and delicious.

“Lovely staff, and delicious food”
Very quiet and peaceful, located in a quiet part of the Noboribetsu area away from the main centre of attractions. However, it's easily accessible by car. The small team of staff were friendly, helpful, hardworking, and full of hospitality, and seeing the same handful of faces every day, gave an air of warmth and familiarity. The rooms were warm, clean, and spacious. Even though the hotel is old, it is well-maintained, with charm and character. Dinner and breakfast were superb, showcasing the bounty of the land and sea with beautiful seasonal ingredients.

Really friendly staff and good amenities for the price. The outdoor (male) onsen is a tad small but understandable. The dinner and breakfast are amazing! Room was bright, spacious, air-conditioned and had a modern smart TV which made us able to watch our own favourite YouTube content.

Convenient stopover point between Niseko and Furano. Japanese breakfast and dinner included was quite substantial. Traditional room with tatami, yet you still get your Netflix !

“Amazing place to stay in Noboribetsu”
The rooms were spacious and clean, staff super helpful and the crab dinner meal was incredible with so much to choose from! Onsens were great and we loved the outdoor areas too - would definitely recommend anyone coming in Noboribetsu to stay here!

“Exceed expectation”
The onsen has continuous streaming in of onsen water. Both ladies and man have outdoor onsen. The room is spacious and clean. The optional dinner is abundantly served and taste great! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
