(1) Very convenient; walking distance to the Hell Valley. There were eateries and convenient stores nearby. (2) Parking lots were easily accessible within the hotel premise. (3) Room is big and clean, though quite dated. (4) Buffet Breakfast spread was good and delicious. Prompt service, too. (5) Public bath and hot spring were very good.

“Nice place”
Close to the hiking area and decent food option. Place is old but I like the historic concept. Onsen is large so it was nice option.

The room was a bit smaller compared to the one we had at Lake Toya and it doesn’t have a private onsen.. However, the public onsen facilities are large with different hot spring baths to enjoy. The buffet dinner and breakfast also had a wide variety of choices. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Noboribetsu.

the staff at first insisted I didnt book the accommodation, and she doesn’t let me speak my case. Keep telling wait a moment. End up they realised that it’s their own blunder and hastily check me in.

OMG the Onsen is amazing, the feeling of the cold in your face and the hot onsen to warm you up, the shower is also great. the bed comfortable, the living room to relax is great. The Food provided by the Hotel is also Amazing, top all that with Beer and you are all set

“Big hotel in a convenient location with a great onsen”
The hotel is situated in the middle of Noboribetsu Onsen, close to the bus terminal and all the sights. We had a nice, spacious room with a view into the greenery. The onsen was huge with many different kind of baths und the staff was always friendly and helpful.
