“Disgusted”
I had to pay $60 because some of my purple hair color transferred on to the bath towels.they easily could have been bleached. Originally the front desk employee told me they would cost me $250; no towels cost $250 let alone, low quality hotel towels. I use white towels at home and every single time bleach removes the color completely. I would like the owner or the top person in charge to call me because I work hard for my money and I think it is completely obscene that he charged me anything, let alone $60 to wash towels, that bleach would have removed the color. I anticipate a phone call from the owner, 317-910-1665. If this is not resolved in the satisfactory manner, I will leave reviews on Google yelp and any other online platform to let people know about how I was taking advantage of.

“GREAAAAT place to stay!!”
EVERYTHING!!!! I called in a day before arrival to try and arrange an early check in, Julie assured me they will do their best.Upon arriving via a red eye, I called hotel and Dinkle was very helpful and was able to accomodate us immediatly!! Sebastian was also very helpful when our keys were not working properly, he quickly resolved. GREAT customer service and very clean/comfy and even the breakfast was great!!

We always look forward to the free breakfast but unfortunately because of covid they couldn't serve it. Disappointing. We received a take-out bag instead.
