A Japanese restaurant with a free Japanese/Western breakfast buffet, a spacious public bath and massage services await guests at Hotel Route-Inn Nobeoka Ekimae, just a 2-minute walk from JR Nobeoka Train Station. Guests can enjoy video-on-demand movies in their rooms. Free wired internet, an LCD TV and an en suite bathroom are included in each air-conditioned room at Hotel Route-Inn. All rooms come with a mini-fridge and an electric kettle with green tea, and slippers and a hairdryer are provided. Guests can treat themselves on the massage chairs in the relaxation room. Facilities include a coin launderette and a business centre, and laptop PCs can be rented for in-room use. A wide range of Japanese food and drinks can be enjoyed at Japanese-style pub Hana Hana Tei, which serves the signature liquor of the hotel, called Itsudemo Dokodemo. “Convenient location to get to Takachiho Gorge”
Good location, quiet, we were on 11th floor (top floor). One of us forgot to take the room key upon leaving the room and so, was locked out. Staff was very helpful in unlocking the room. Minimal English but info was all printed out in english, so no issues. Parking was available for ¥500/ night but not sheltered and not secured. It was New Year’s Day - Joyfull Restaurant was open for dinner and was within walking distance.

“Very convenient hotel with a good breakfast”
Right across from the train station in Nobeoka, just across the road. Very convenient between trains. Good location to catch a bus to Takachiho Gorge, check out the schedule in advance with Kyushu Bus. Excellent breakfast.

I like the beds and pillows and the fact all Route inns have a big public bath to bath in. Onsen or sento. Plus reasonable price.
